1. registration

You will receive a username and password to use for every future access. Already registered users must not make a new registration.

2. application

From the menu, select “Student services” > “Evaluation test” and follow the online procedure. Make sure you attach all the necessary documents (see below)

3. payment of the application fee

After your application, you must pay the 30 euros enrolment fee through the PagoPA system

 

Your application will be complete only after we receive your payment.

·   valid ID (front/back)

·   CV in Europass format

·   a presentation letter detailing experiences, projects and activities carried out during your previous studies and career (no longer than 10 pages and no more than 3 MB in PDF)

·   a personal video (3 minutes length, no more than 50 MB) in which you elaborate on three questions (see bottom of this page)

·   English proficiency certificate (B1 level or higher in the Common European Framework) or proof that a certificate will be issued by 24 August 2023. In case it will be issued at a later date, please contact the enrolment office (info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it).

You are exempt from providing a language certificate if:

-   you are an English native speaker;

-   your bachelor’s degree programme was entirely in English (a statement from your home university shall be included).

·     translations in Italian or English of the documents listed above (except for documents that are issued in one of these languages)

Attention: do not wait the last days or hours before the deadline to submit your application. Iuav will not be held responsible for any malfunction due to technical problems or service overloads.

 

 

Universitaly pre-enrolment

 

Applicants needing an entry visa for Italy must submit an extra application on the Universitaly portal by 24 August 2023, by choosing “International students” > “Pre-enroll now”. The Universitaly application is examined by Iuav and, upon validation, sent to the diplomatic mission in charge. This serves the same purpose as an admission letter (which is not formally released) for your visa.
