Enrolment

After completing their pre-enrolment and payment, you are required to complete the enrolment in one of the following modalities, according to your administrative category.

 

 

 

If you are an applicant with an international qualification, you are required to complete the enrolment in person, at the Campo della Lana building, from 31 July to 12 October 2023.

The following documents must be handed in:

 

all applicants with an international qualification

— valid ID

— Italian tax code (if not previously provided by Iuav)

— original hard copy or certified copy of bachelor’s diploma, with English or Italian translation if needed

— original hard copy or certified copy of the transcript of records or diploma supplement, with English or Italian translation if needed

— legalization/apostille of your qualification or CIMEA statement of verification

— declaration of value of your qualification or CIMEA statement of comparability or diploma supplement

 

non-EU applicants residing abroad

— stay permit or stay permit application receipt

— entry visa for study (type D)

Please note: non-EU applicants are also required to send via email to info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it proof of having contacted the Embassy for their visa appointment by 31 May 2023. The Embassy must be contacted either if visa applications are open or not. Without this document their place will be offered to the next applicants on the ranking list. If non-EU applicants are not available, the place will be given to the next EU applicant on the ranking list.

 

 

If you are a graduate applicant (laureato/laureata) with an Italian qualification you are required to complete the following steps by 11 April 2023:

— upload your enrolment form (domanda di immatricolazione) on the Online Desk (“Enrolment” > “Manage attachments”)

— fill in the enrolment questionnaire

 

The admission office will complete the enrolments remotely by 26 April 2023.

 

 

 

If you are an applicant with an Italian qualification who will graduate by 31 July 2023 (laureando/laureanda) you are required to complete the following steps after your graduation, and in any case by 4 August 2023:

— upload the enrolment form (domanda di immatricolazione) on the Online Desk (“Enrolment” > “Manage attachments”)

— fill in the enrolment questionnaire — send an email to info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it notifying the completion of the previous steps, and attaching the self-certification of graduation ( B form)

 

The admission office will complete the enrolments remotely by 31 August 2023.

 

 

 

The 1st instalment of the enrolment fee, minus the amount already paid for the pre-enrolment fee, is to be paid by the following deadlines:

— upon arrival in Italy for non-EU applicants (the invoice will be added by the admission office upon enrolment)

— by 15 September 2023 for EU applicants
