objectives
The course aims at training experts in
Circular Economy design, providing them with the technical skills required to
manage the company transition process from a traditional manufacturing model to
Circular Industries.
The course will focus both on
designing products and services, inspired by Circular Economy standards, and on
selecting and evaluating sustainable products and services in the framework of Green
Procurement and green management projects.
The skills acquired are particularly
required by technical offices of manufacturing companies, design firms and
agencies, purchase and marketing departments of private companies and public
authorities that have activated or are planning to activate Green Procurement
procedures or new services.
Among the various course subjects: circular
design strategies of sustainable production such as optimization of the use of
resources, industrial symbiosis, maintenance, upcycling, life extension,
sharing economy, pay per use, remanufacturing.
