Maximum amount, instalments and due dates
For bachelor’s and master’s degrees the maximum annual fee amount for 2024/2025 is 2.806,18 euros divided into 3 instalments.
The payment due dates are the following:
upon pre-enrolment: 1st instalment
31 January: 2nd instalment
5 May: 3rd instalment
For students enrolling in the master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning for Transition, the 1st instalment is split into 2 parts:
- the first amount to be paid within the pre-enrolment deadline;
- the remaining part to be paid upon the student’s arrival in Italy.
Late payment involves the following penalty surcharges to the instalments described above:
- 52,00 euros for payments within 15 days after the due date;
- 104,00 euros for payments made later than 15 days after the due date.
Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator certification ISEE
The amount of the 3 instalments varies according to income and/or merit criteria.
In order to get an official assessment of their financial situation, students need to request the ISEE (Equivalent Economic Situation Indicator) certification.
ISEE permits the assessment of the actual income and asset situation of anyone requesting financial aid and is obtained by combining and assessing three factors: income, assets and the composition of the household.
The following students shall request ISEE “parificato” (ISEE equivalent):
- Italian and non-Italian nationals residing abroad;
- non-Italian nationals residing in Italy who are not financially independent.
ISEE “parificato” is used when it is not possible to present a standard ISEE declaration.
To obtain ISEE “parificato” students are required to:
- fill in the “ISEE parificato form for university 2024/2025";
- sign the form;
- upload it, together with the documents provided in the list for the ISEE parificato, to the Caf online portal.
The entire procedure is managed through the online portal (see below).
It is no longer necessary to deliver the original documents in person at the Caf offices.
The mandatory deadline for uploading the documents required to obtain ISEE “parificato” is 15 November 2024.
ISEE “parificato” is sent automatically to Università Iuav di Venezia. Università Iuav di Venezia is entitled by law to carry out random checks on the truthfulness and accuracy of the information provided in the self-declaration.
Please note that making a false statement is not only a criminal offence but will lead to administrative penalties. False declarations constitute a criminal offence and result in administrative penalties.
How to pay tuition fees
These are the steps to follow to pay tuition fees:
- log in to the Student Web Service (SPIN) platform;
- click on "pagamenti" and choose the invoice to be paid;
- proceed with online payment by clicking on "paga online" through the PagoPA system.
