Find below the information to apply to single courses for the 2023/2024 academic year.

 

 

 

EU and EU-equated applicants are required to submit the application form [ITA] - for a maximum of three courses per semester - together with the following documents:

— a copy of a valid passport/ID

— a copy of the Italian tax code

— 16 euro duty stamp

 

All documents mentioned above can be sent:

It is essential to schedule the delivery so that documents are received before the deadline otherwise your application cannot be considered;

— by certified email (PEC) to ufficio.protocollo@pec.iuav.it

Documents must be sent in a non-editable format (e.g. .pdf) and cannot contain macro-instructions or executable codes. Before making a scan, please sign over the duty stamp.

 

Students can apply to single courses during the following periods:

> first semester courses: from 14 to 19 September 2023

> second semester courses: from 2 to 8 February 2024

 

Applications are accepted on the basis of the date of receipt (protocol registration) until all available places are filled, for a maximum of 3 single courses per semester.

 

The list of admitted candidates, organised by degree programme and teaching unit, will be available on this webpage on the following dates:

> first semester courses: 21 September 2023

> second semester courses: 13 February 2024

 

Admitted applicants are required to complete the enrolment by registering on the Student Web Service.

After the registration, applicants are required to notify Iuav admission office by writing an email to iscrizioni@iuav.it with the following subject “Confirmation of enrolment to single courses a.y. 2023/2024 – Name/Surname”.

The admission office will provide students with further instructions on how to pay the fee for their single courses through the PagoPA procedure.

The periods for registering and proceeding with the payment are:

> first semester courses: from 21 to 25 September 2023

> second semester courses: from 13 to 16 February 2024

Failure to complete the enrolment within the deadlines results in exclusion from the courses.

 

 

 

Non-EU applicants residing abroad are required to submit the application form [ITA] - for a maximum of three courses per semester -together with the following documents:

— a copy of a valid passport/ID

— a copy of their academic qualification (high school diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent) officially translated and legalised, together with a declaration of value or CIMEA comparability certificate.

Non-EU candidates residing abroad will be admitted beyond the number of places available for the two semesters of the 2023/2024 academic year.

 

Admitted applicants are required to complete their enrolment in the single courses by following the instructions that will be communicated following the publication of the list of admitted applicants, to the email address provided in the application, by the following deadlines

> first semester courses: from 21 to 25 September 2023

> second semester courses: from 13 to 16 February 2024

Failure to complete the enrolment within the deadlines results in exclusion from the courses.

 

 

 

The amount of the 2023/2024 a.y. enrolment fee is 400,00 euros for each single course, to be paid in a single instalment through the PagoPA procedure.
