SAP
– psychological support desk
As part of
the initiatives for the inclusion and well-being of students, Università Iuav
di Venezia has activated the SAP (sportello di ascolto psicologico,
psychological support desk).
The SAP
aims to guarantee, in complete confidentiality, adequate psychological and/or
psychotherapeutic support for all those experiencing discomfort caused by
difficulties at university, in the family and their social relationships.
The SAP can
advise on improving study methods and provides orientation and re-orientation
schemes to help overcome difficulties in choosing a university course.
The SAP does
not provide services in the frame of emergencies and urgent conditions
management. In case of emergencies, please refer to the contacts on this page.
how
to access the SAP
The SAP
consists of an initial consultation phase to assess the request and provide feedback.
Counselling interventions may be followed by psychological support and/or
psychotherapy in the short, medium and long term.

providing your name, surname, study programme and telephone number.
You will be
contacted to arrange the first appointment as soon as possible.
