Application and required documents

1. registration
You will
receive a username and password to use for every future access. If
you are already registered, you shall not make a new registration.
For any
problem with login details, please see the page dedicated to user and
password [ITA]
2. application
From the
menu, select “Student services” > “Applications” and
follow the online procedure. Make sure you attach all the necessary documents (see below)
3. payment of the application fee
After your
application, you are required to pay the 30 euros enrolment fee through
the PagoPA system.
Your
application you will be complete only after we receive your payment.
If you have an
international qualification, please check all the preliminary information in
the Get
ready to apply section before submitting your
application.
Please note: it is highly recommended to read the announcement and
the guidelines available as attachments and submit the application well in
advance.
Iuav will not be held responsible for
any malfunction due to technical problems or service overloads.

The following documents are required for your
application.
To replace any document you have already uploaded, please send the new
one by email to the admission office (info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it).
All
applicants:
— valid ID (front/back)
— CV in Europass format
— a presentation letter detailing
experiences, projects and activities carried out during your previous studies
and career (no longer than 10 pages and no more than 3 MB)
— a personal video (3 minutes in
length, no more than 50 MB) in which you elaborate on three questions (see the documents “questions for the
personal video” at the bottom of this page)
— English
proficiency certificate (B2 level or higher in the Common
European Framework).
If you do not have an official certificate at the time of your
application, you can attach a written statement in which you commit to obtain
it by 31 July 2023.
You are exempt from providing a language
certificate if:

you are an English native
speaker
-
your bachelor’s
degree programme was entirely in English (please include a statement from your home
university)

copy of your diploma (if you are a
graduate) or enrolment certificate with the expected graduation date (if
you are about to graduate)

of records or diploma supplement in European
format
— detailed
programmes/syllabi of all the course units/exams necessary for obtaining
your qualification, or diploma supplement in European format
— translations
in Italian or English of the documents listed above (except for documents that
are issued in one of these two languages)

Universitaly pre-enrolment
Applicants needing an entry visa for
Italy are required to proceed with an extra
application on the Universitaly portal by 11
April 2023, “International
students” > “Pre-enroll now”.
The application on Universitaly is examined by Iuav and, upon validation, sent to the diplomatic mission in
charge. This serves the same purpose as an admission letter - which is not
formally released- for your visa.
Please note that Universitaly applications
open usually around February/March.
