requirements to apply  

The application call for the DD programmes is open to:

> students enrolled in the first year of one of the above-mentioned study programmes at Iuav

> students who have correctly paid university tuition fees for 2023/24 a.y.

> students who require the DD mobility in a country of destination different from the one of origin/citizenship

> only for the host university ENSAPVS, for which Erasmus+ support is expected: students who have already benefitted of an Erasmus+ scholarship (for study or traineeship) can apply, provided that they do not exceed the maximum number of mobility period of time in the frame of the Erasmus+ programme: 12 months.

> STEP 1: complete the online application on your SPIN (iuav.esse3.cineca.it/Start.do) in the section “mobilità Internazionale/bandi” by 4 April, 12PM (see application guide)

> STEP 2: register for the online language test, autonomously contacting the language school ’Istituto Zambler Mestre (info@istitutozambler.com) by 4 april, 12 PM

> STEP 3: write the online test by 10 april; ’Istituto Zambler will provide you with date and time for the online test (see attachment B)

Only one choice of host institution is admitted.

evaluation criteria

Candidates will receive up to 110 points, according to the following criteria:

1. language competence, up to 30 points

> candidates’ language competence will be evaluated through the online language test (see attachment B), organized by the language school “Istituto Zambler”:

> candidates should choose the language correspondent to the one required by the host institution:

- for Tongji University, China: English

- for ENSAPVS, France (F PARIS129): French

> the language competence will be evaluated as follows:

- insufficient: 0

- sufficient: 20

- good: 25

- excellent: 30

- lack of language test: -5 (minus five)

> the online language test is organized by Istituto Zambler

2. academic merit, up to 70 points

> candidates will be evaluated based on their academic merit as follows:

3. motivational letter, up to 10 points

> candidates should write a motivational letter (attachment A), to be uploaded in the application. The motivational letter will be evaluated as follows:

- good: 5

- excellent: 10

- lack of motivational letter: 0

DD mobility support

> France: the monthly Erasmus+ scholarship amounts to: 300 Euro;

> China: the monthly Erasmus+ scholarship amounts to: 700 Euro;

Beneficiaries will be informed if there will be the opportunity to receive any additional financial support.

useful information

Even if Iuav selects DD beneficiaries, the DD mobility is confirmed only if students are accepted by the host universities, as well.

Therefore, once chosen the host university, it is highly recommended:

> visiting the partner university website, to check if there will be any information useful for international students (deadlines for application form, different language requirements, incoherent educational offer; etc…)

> verifying if the mobility is feasible:

 - entry requirements (visa application, health insurance, etc…)

 - accommodation

 - etc…
