Scholarships
& Erasmus + projects
For 2023/24 a.y. it
is possible to apply for the following scholarships in the frame of the Erasmus
+ Mobility for Traineeship programme (Key Action 1):

>Consortium “Green_Train”,
coordinated by Iuav University

Additional financial support is expected for some categories and traineeship
typologies. More information is available on the following

Beneficiaries will be assigned a traineeship scholarship in the frame of
one of the abovementioned projects: there is, in fact, no difference among the
projects in terms of scholarship amount, deadlines and application procedure.
All traineeships must
finish by the 31-st of December 2024.
Target
E+ for
traineeship is addressed to Iuav students - regularly enrolled to:
-
bachelor’s degree (second and third
year of studies)
-
master’s degree
-
postgraduate specialization programmes
-
doctoral studies
It is possible
to apply for:
-
a curricular traineeship, namely, embedded in the study plan and awarding ECTS credits
-
a traineeship as a recent graduate:
candidates need to apply while being regularly
enrolled in a study programme; to declare when will obtain the degree; to
carry out the mobility up to 12 months from graduation (by the projects
deadlines)
Students
who have already benefitted of an Erasmus+ scholarship (for study or traineeship)
can apply for the Erasmus + Traineeship Programme for 2021/2022 a.y., provided
that they do not exceed the maximum number of mobility period of time in the
frame of the Erasmus+ programme: 12 months.

for the Erasmus + Traineeship Programme for 2022/2023 a.y., through the
“spIn”, following th path: http://iuav.esse3.cineca.it/Start.do >“Mobilitā Internazionale>bandi”
The
application will be considered only if candidates will upload the following
attachments in pdf format:
a) Attachment
A, Traineeship project
b) Attachment
B (optional during application),
Letter of intent, signed by the host institution
d) copy of language certification (optional)

All application will be evaluated by a committee composed by Iuav professors.
Students will be selected, according to the following evaluation criteria:
> up to 65 points for the
candidate’s weighted average;

- for students enrolled in the 1st year of a master’s degree, for
students attending 3-rd cycle programmes (SSIBAP; Phd): the merit criteria will
be evaluated according to the degree title
- for students enrolled in second and third year of bachelor’s degree
programmes: it will be evaluated the weighted average of the exams registered
in students’ careers at the moment of the application (according to the set
registration windows)
Candidates are responsible for checking their career status before the
closing date of the call for applications and requesting updates from the
relevant offices.

> 15 bonus points for the
letter of intent (attachment B)
> up to 10 points for the
language certification (if any)
re-allocation of E+
scholarships
In case of extra funds
or beneficiaries’ withdrawals, E+ scholarships for traineeship will be re-allocated
among suitable applicants.
