Università Iuav di Venezia supports students with special needs by helping them before and during their mobility in Venice and the attendance of Iuav courses within the Erasmus+ exchange programmes. If you are a student with disabilities or specific learning difficulties and would like to study at Iuav, please find below the ad hoc available services:

 

> aids for exams and lessons: extra time, technological aids, change in examination format, tutor reader and/or transcriber, formulary, conceptual maps

 

> buddy service: accompanying to lessons, academic activities, library, and canteens

 

> support for individual study and assistance with bureaucratic procedures

 

> individual psychological support

 

If you have a disability and/or a learning difficulty, informing the International Mobility Office and Inclusion Office of your condition before your arrival can help you prepare at best your stay in Venice.

> a certificate that specifies the type of disability and how it affects the study. The documents should be written/translated into English or Italian

 

> a study plan with the courses you wish to take at Iuav
