• Only activities at the same level as the degree program or higher than the one for which you are applying will be evaluated;
• The evaluation is conducted only for the degree program or master's degree program for which you are applying;
• Only activities designed by the university and/or guaranteed to be of university standard will be evaluated;
• Enrollment in a specific year of the program depends on the number of credits recognized in the new program;
• Only educational activities from previous university careers that have not been subject to withdrawal from studies or forfeiture will be evaluated;
• The request must be accompanied by payment, including the stamp duty of €76.00 paid virtually, using exclusively the PagoPA payment portal.

You can apply through the platform by clicking on the " Richiedi una valutazione della tua carriera pregressa " box at the bottom of this page:

• Log in with your SPIN credentials;
• Select "VALUTAZIONI";
• Choose the "CONCORSI" option and select the course for which you have applied;
• Continue submitting your application;
• You must indicate the reason for your request (Transfer - Trasferimento / Change of Location from a foreign university – Cambio sede / Internal Transfer – Passaggio Interno / Change of Program – Passaggio di ordinamento / Change of curriculum/track – Cambio curriculum / Career Shortening – Abbreviazione di carriera);
• Select "carriera Iuav" if the career you wish to have evaluated is at the Iuav University of Venice;
• Select "carriera non Iuav" if the career you wish to have evaluated is not at the Iuav University of Venice;
• Continue completing the application; it is mandatory to attach the course syllabi for all non-Iuav careers.

If the application is formally correct, you will receive a confirmation email with a request to make payment through the PagoPA portal.

To pay, log in to the portal and follow these simple steps:

• Select "voluntary payment – PAGAMENTO VOLONTARIO"
• Fill in your details
• Select "Previous career evaluation - Valutazione carriera pregressa " as the payment reason.
• Enter the reason for payment "Previous career evaluation_NAME SURNAME" (personalizing your first and last name)
• Enter €76.00 as the total amount
• Print the payment notice and pay with PagoPa
• Download the payment receipt and send it to info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it by email with the subject "Previous career evaluation_NAME SURNAME-payment receipt".

You will receive the results by email according to the deadlines set out in the call for applications. You must notify us of your acceptance by email.

Please note
Your application will be submitted to the committee only if the application status is formally correct.
If the application status is rejected or incomplete, it will not be submitted to the committee; you will be informed of the reason and how to reapply.

The evaluations and their outcomes will be communicated based on the application submission date.
