An internal transfer – passaggio interno – refers to a change to another course by students already enrolled at Iuav University of Venice. This procedure is intended for students who wish to continue their studies in a different program from the one in which they are currently enrolled at IUAV University of Venice.

To transfer, you must:

• apply in the degree course of your interest;
• request an internal transfer evaluation – passaggio interno (link at the bottom of this page) with the cost of 76 euros;
• take the admission test, if needed;
• accept the evaluation within 5 days from the notification of the outcome;
• submit the specific form to complete the internal transfer by 24 September 2026.

Please note that you do not need to complete the pre-enrollment process and pay the first installment of the new course. However, once the admission ranking list is published, you must inform the Access management office (info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it) of your internal transfer by the deadline of the ranking list, and they will lock your position in the ranking.

• by certified email (PEC) from a certified email address to: ufficio.protocollo@pec.iuav.it

Please note
Internal transfer forms (whether by postal service or certified email) must be accompanied by a revenue stamp (marca da bollo of 16 euros), which must be crossed and signed after being affixed.
Documents arriving after the deadline, even if submitted by the deadline, will not be considered for the purposes of internal trasfer.

Non-exempt candidates must take the admission test; if you are "admitted" in the final ranking list, you must complete the internal transfer by:

• notifying the Access management office at info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it by the pre-enrollment deadline following the publication of the ranking list;
• submitting the form for internal transfer by 24 September 2026.

Candidates who only complete internal transfers exempted from the admission test will receive pre-enrollment instructions upon notification of the outcome of the career evaluation.
