A Change of Programme/System of a course – cambio di ordinamento - refers to the transfer of academic careers of students enrolled at Iuav University of Venice in a program prior to the most recent active program to the corresponding bachelor's and master's degree programs offered for the 2026/2027 academic year.

To make a Change of Program/System, you must:

• apply in the degree program/system of your interest without paying the application fee;
• notifying the Admission management office at info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it by the end of application period;
• request an evaluation for a Change of Program/System of a course – cambio di ordinamento (see link at the bottom of this page) with the cost of 76 euros;
• accept the evaluation within 5 days from the notification of the outcome;
• submit the specific form to complete the change of Program/System. 

If you intend to make a Change of Programme/System for a course - cambio di ordinamento - you do not need to take the admission tests and will be enrolled in excess of the available places.

If you don’t submit your application to the degree course in the official deadlines you won’t be able to ask for a Change of Programme/System.

• by certified email (PEC) from a certified email address to: ufficio.protocollo@pec.iuav.it

Please note
Change of programme/system forms (whether by postal service or certified email) must be accompanied by a revenue stamp (marca da bollo of 16 euros), which must be crossed and signed after being affixed.
Documents arriving after the deadline, even if submitted by the deadline, will not be considered for the purposes of change of programne/system for a course.
