A transfer – trasferimento - is a change to a degree program at Università Iuav di Venezia for students enrolled in another italian university course.
For students enrolled in a foreign university course, this is called a change of location – cambio sede.
To transfer or change location, you must:
To complete the transfer, you must pre-enroll as transfer student and pay the first installment.
By the pre-enrollment deadline, as soon as the ranking results are published, you must request an authorization to transfer (nulla osta) if the course has limited seats (see Note) from the Access management office by sending an email to info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it.
By September 24th you must:
Enrollment is completed remotely after Iuav receives the discharge certificate from the home university; you will receive written notification.

Non-exempt candidates must take the admission test; if you are "admitted" in the final ranking list, you must complete the transfer or change of location procedure by:
Candidates who only complete transfers exempted from the admission test will receive pre-enrollment instructions upon notification of the outcome of the career evaluation.
If you fall into this category, you must complete the transfer procedure by the pre-enrollment deadline (please check the relevant page for the Bachelor's Degree Program in Architecture or Master’s Degree of five years in Architecture) following the instructions described above.

Transfer and change of location from foreign university forms (whether sent by postal service or certified email) must include a revenue stamp (marca da bollo of 16 euros), which must be crossed and signed after being affixed.
Documentation arriving after the deadline, even if submitted by the deadline, will not be considered for transfer/change of location requests.
