The scholarship is awarded through a competitive selection process, in accordance with the procedures set forth in this call for applications, to students enrolled in bachelor’s, master’s, single-cycle master’s, and PhD’s programs, as well as to transfer students and newly enrolled students; Inclusion in the rankings will be possible only if the application submitted via the SPIN Portal and the ISEE request have been completed by the deadlines set forth in the call for applications.

• The regional scholarship is awarded by Iuav on behalf of the Veneto Region.
• Eligible students are covered in order of ranking until available funds run out.
• The scholarship is granted for the first time achievement of each degree level. 
• First-time enrollment year is defined as the year of enrollment for the first time at any University. 
• The scholarship application must be submitted for each academic year.

• First-year out-of-course students granted or eligible of the regional scholarship 2026/2027, who graduate by the last useful session for the academic year 2025/2026, lose their right to the scholarship and must return it before graduation, under penalty of exclusion from the graduation examination.
• ISEE is automatically acquired by the university only if the application through the online procedure on the SPIN portal is completed. For students applying for an ISEE Parificato: the ISEE will be sent to the university by the affiliated CAF once you’ve completed the procedure on the CAF’s portal. In case of failure to complete the online procedure for the self-certification (see the mini-guide EN) for “dissimilar” or non-issued ISEE for subsidized benefits for the right to university study, the application is not acquired. In this case, it is necessary to contact the diritto.studio@iuav.it service. To verify the completion of the procedure, we invite you to check your SPIN portal, a few days after the operation, to be sure the ISEE is in the database. • Once you’ve submitted your application for benefits and fee waiver through the portal, the system will release a receipt containing what you’ve declared. The receipt should be kept and shown upon request to the Diritto allo Studio office.
• Students who wish to register as off-site must follow the instructions in Article 8 of the call for applications and complete the designated form by the specified deadlines.

No later than 15 days after the publication of the provisional rankings, any appeals may be submitted, referring to an incorrect ranking, the fact that the student number is not indicated or, again, in the presence of any ISEE discrepancies.

To submit the appeal, the prepared form must be used obligatorily. It is necessary to answer each question and upload the completed and signed appeal form, as well as an ID.
