General specifics:

• Documents must be in PDF format
• A single document must be contained in a single PDF file (e.g. do not upload the pages of your Transcript of records separately, but create a single PDF)
• Documents must be named as such: SURNAME_type of document (e.g. SMITH_passport, SMITH_diploma, SMITH_transcript of records)

Specifics for each document:

• Passport / ID: passports are preferred over IDs. If you upload your ID, please provide both front and back. If you upload your passport, please provide both the personal details page and the page directly above it.
• CV: please use the Europass format. You can create your Europass CV directly from this website.
• Video / letter: please stick to the maximum length and size specified in the call for admission
• Diploma / Transcript of records: either one of your bachelor’s documents should include both your CGPA and grading scale. If your CGPA is not included, please ask your university to provide an official statement; otherwise, you can provide a document written by yourself with a web link to your university’s grading scale (as long as it is an official source)
• Diploma Supplement: if your university issues a Diploma Supplement, please provide it; students in more than 40 countries have the right to receive it automatically after graduation
• Programmes / Syllabus: this can be an official document from your institution, but you are also allowed to make the document yourself by providing official material such as links to web sources. It should be a summary of your degree programme (e. g. a brief description of the main areas that are covered during the course), possibly for each didactic unit/exam you took.
