The provisional ranking list is available for review. 
Applicants can verify: 

• their eligibility assessment
• their confirmed status for the regional scholarship
• and any exclusion reasons

Any appeals must be submitted from October 23, 2026 through 12.00 PM on November 6, 2026.

Appeals must be submitted exclusively using the form entitled “Application for appeal against provisional regional scholarship ranking lists for a.y. 2026/27" below.
Appeals sent via email or any means other than the form will not be considered.

Students who are enrolling in master’s degree programs during the academic year, provided they have submitted a valid application and all required documentation, are currently listed as potentially eligible on the ranking list, marked with an asterisk (Idoneità/Eligibility*). Provided there are no grounds for exclusion, their eligibility or scholarship award will be confirmed in the reformulated ranking list scheduled for May 2027.  

The status of an On-site, Commuter or Off-site student has been determined following verification of:

• municipalities of residence
• lease agreements submitted by October 9, 2026

For those listed in the notes as Off-site, subject to confirmation by ESU (Fuori sede sotto condizione di conferma da parte dell'ESU), confirmation of off-site status is subject to arrivial of the lists of winners of the housing (ESU) call for applications. Filing an appeal is not required in this instance.

Appeals will be granted for the following reasons:

• the applicant’s student ID number is not listed on the ranking list;
• insufficient credits: if credits earned on time have not been registered by August 10, 2026, or if the credit bonus has not been requested;
• Isee and/or Ispe exceeding the limit, if the applicant holds a valid ISEE for the right to education issued by September 30 or an IPU issued by October 10

Those listed in the notes as Irregular/Missing Off-site documentation (Documentazione Fuori sede irregolare/assente) have either not submitted the documentation or they have submitted incomplete documentation during the first application window, as stated in the call for applications.
To confirm their correct placement on the reformulated ranking list, they must upload all documentation certifying their status as a rent-paying tenant, as required by Article 8 of the call for applications. They have to fill the form "Dichiarazione sullo stato alloggiativo – seconda finestra" (see below) by 12.00 PM of the 15th of November, 2026. 

Please note that the verification process is still ongoing, and some statuses may be subject to further changes. If, during the verification process, it is determined that the requirements specified in the call for applications have not been met, the eligibility will be revoked.
