Università Iuav di Venezia provides all students with an institutional email address in the following format: <username>@stud.iuav.it.

To manage all students’ email accounts properly, Università Iuav di Venezia has adopted the “G Suite for Education” service. Google guarantees the security, privacy and reliability of the service and also provides antivirus and anti-spam protection.

Students are required to use their assigned Iuav email for all official university communications. The account can also be configured to automatically forward incoming emails to an external email address. 

The email account remains active throughout the course of study, and it is automatically deactivated twelve months after graduation.
