If, for any reason, you no longer have your credentials (username and password) to access the SPIN Online Student Desk, you must go to the page “Access Credential Change and Recovery Service” (see the square below “Recupero credenziali di accesso”), where you can obtain a new password, retrieve your username, and/or change your password.

The only requirement for the procedure to work correctly is that your personal details include a personal email address (i.e., different from the institutional one: n.lastname@stud.iuav.it).

If this is not the case, you must contact the Admission Office (iscrizioni@iuav.it) to update your profile by adding a personal email address.
