How: by completing the following steps (see the step-by-step guides at the bottom of this page):

1. registration
   You will receive a username and password to use for every future access. If you are already registered, do not make a new registration.
   For any problem with login details, please see the page dedicated to username and password [ITA].
2. application
   From the menu, select “Student services” > “Applications” and follow the online procedure. Make sure you attach all the necessary documents (see below).
3. payment of the application fee
   After your application, you are required to pay the 30 euros application fee through the PagoPA system.

Your application will be completed only after your payment is received. If you have an international qualification, please check all the preliminary information in the dedicated section before submitting your application (see below).

A refund of the application fee can be required by 13 July 2026 if you withdraw the admission test.

The following documents are required for your application: 

All applicants:

• valid ID (front/back)

Applicants residing in Italy:

• tax code

Applicants with an international qualification:

• original language copy of your diploma or enrolment certificate with the expected final exam date (if you are about to finish your high school)
• original language copy of your transcript of records
• translations in Italian or English of the documents listed above (except for documents that are issued in one of these two languages)

Non-EU applicants residing abroad

• an Italian language certificate at level B2 (or equivalent).

To replace any document you have already uploaded, please send the new one by email to the admission office (info.immatricolazioni@iuav.it).

Iuav will not be held responsible for any malfunction due to technical problems or service overloads.

For candidates who are already in an eligible position for admission in the ranking for access to a bachelor's or a master's degree course in architecture for the 2026/2027 academic year at another university:

• a self-declaration of having taken the test, indicating the date, result and location of the test, and the candidate's position in the ranking
• copy of the ranking list
