On 19 October 2026, the Erasmus+ National Agency INDIRE successfully concluded the evaluation of the final report of the Erasmus+ KA171 project 2023-1-IT02-KA171-HED-000136675, carried out by Università Iuav di Venezia in partnership with Kyiv National University. The evaluation, conducted by an expert external to the National Agency, awarded the report a score of 97/100.
The project involved hosting three female students in Venice in 2024 and, in the Wave 2026 edition, ten students for a short mobility, accompanied by two academic staff members on teaching mobility (Teaching Staff).
In the overall comment, the assessor noted that the report accurately represents the project’s results and highlights the outcomes of the mobilities in the context of the Ukrainian political situation. The assessor also observed that the activities carried out are in line with the internationalisation strategy of the partner universities and that the qualitative objectives, consistent with the requirements of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE), are documented in detail. In support of the results, the comment cites the satisfaction expressed by participants in the survey, the recognition of learning and language skills (English) and, among the cross-cutting priorities, the acquisition of the European dimension. Finally, the assessor points to the measures adopted to involve students with fewer opportunities, the impact on participants and institutions, and the actions to promote and disseminate the project.
The Erasmus+ National Agency INDIRE has also identified the project as a good practice on the Erasmus+ Project Results platform.
