How to prepare your documents for your application
General specifics:
Documents must be in PDF format
A single document must be contained in a single PDF file (e.g. do not upload the pages of your Transcript of records separately, but create a single PDF)
Documents must be named as such: SURNAME_type of document (e.g. SMITH_passport, SMITH_diploma, SMITH_transcript of records)
Specifics for each document:
Passport / ID: passports are preferred over IDs. If you upload your ID, please provide both front and back. If you upload your passport, please provide both the personal details page and the page directly above it.
Model C: Please follow the instructions in the file on proper compilation.
Candidates with a foreign qualification or old-order qualifications will have to upload the empty file, which will then be prepared by the access management service based on the other documentation relating to the exams they have taken that has been uploaded.
Model D: Please follow the instructions in the file on proper compilation.
Diploma / Transcript ofrecords: either one of your bachelor’s documents should include both your CGPA and grading scale. If your CGPA is not included, please ask your university to provide an official statement; otherwise, you can provide a document written by yourself with a web link to your university’s grading scale (as long as it is an official source).
Diploma Supplement: if your university issues a Diploma Supplement, please provide it. Students in more than 40 countries have the right to receive it automatically after graduation.
