Most certificates and self-declarations can be downloaded directly through the online student portal.
Once logged in to your personal area, you can download them by navigating to: Menu (top right) > Student Office > Certificates.

The following documents can be downloaded directly from the portal:

• Enrolment certificates
• Enrolment certificates with exam records
• Enrolment certificates with fee payment status
• Degree certificates
• Degree certificates with exam records
• Degree certificates with full academic record
• Self-declarations

Each certificate will be issued for one of the following purposes:

• Non-profit organisation activities
• Scholarships, book allowances, and fee exemptions
• Utility contracts and nursery school admission
• Applications for public competitions and selection processes
• Issue and renewal of passports or ID documents
• Refunds, financial aid, and family allowances
• Consolidation of university records and pension/social security contributions

All the certificates available online are exempt from tax stamps and carry a digital/omitted signature in accordance with current Italian legislation (Article 3 of Legislative Decree no. 39 of 12 February 1993).
Certificates issued by the University can be standard (on plain paper, exempt from stamp duty) or on stamped paper (with a tax stamp).
Certificates issued by Università Iuav di Venezia cannot be presented to Italian public administration bodies or private providers of public services (in accordance with Article 15, Paragraph 1 of Law no. 183 of 12 November 2011).

For certificates that cannot be downloaded via the student portal, you can request delivery by filling in the form available in the download section:

• certificates exempt from tax stamp (standard): send the completed form along with a scan of a valid identity document by email to studenti.carriere@iuav.it ;
• certificates subject to a tax stamp: deliver the completed form in person or send it by post, together with a copy of a valid identity document and a €16.00 tax stamp, to the following address:

  Santa Croce 191, Tolentini – 30135 Venezia, Italy.

If you have forgotten or lost your credentials, please visit the account recovery and password update page. There you can recover your username before resetting your password using the email address linked to your personal profile.

Syllabi for all current courses are available on the student portal via the “Study programmes” link. Syllabi for courses taught in previous academic years can be found on the University website under the respective lecturer's profile page.

You can also request a copy of any syllabus from the Education Office using the form at the bottom of this page. Simply complete, print and sign the form, then submit it by email with a copy of a valid identity document.
