The provisional ranking list is available for review. 
Applicants can verify: 

– their eligibility assessment
– their confirmed status for the regional scholarship
– and any exclusion reasons

The provisional rankings indicate only whether an applicant is eligible or not eligible for the scholarship.
The recipients of the scholarship will be determined upon publication of the final rankings, which are expected by the end of November 2026.

Any appeals must be submitted from October 23, 2026 through 12.00 PM on November 6, 2026.
