ABOUT
villardjournal is a publication of the Villard de Honnecourt PhD in design and theory, based at the Università Iuav di Venezia, and currently connected with ENSA Paris-Belleville, ETSAS Seville, and TU Delft.
villardjournal is an open project, which aims to
compare and integrate different approaches, fields, disciplines, generations.
villardjournal is a printed magazine, published
twice a year, dedicated to criticism, theory, and research in the field of
design at different scales.
villardjournal focuses on monographic issues, each edited by one or more authors. The articles are written by expert scholars, invited by the editors and selected through public calls.
villardjournal draws on the advice of an external
board of international scholars and it is run by the scientific and editorial
boards made up of faculty of the Villard de Honnecourt
PhD.
villardjournal aims to be included
in scientific indexes and to
fulfil their criteria with regard to peer-reviewed contents, internationalization, ethical publication, and the prevention of
plagiarism.
