The
communication design track focuses on access to knowledge through visual
communication tools. The aim is to develop design skills in information and
interaction design and to train competent and aware designers who can deal with
current major themes with a critical eye.
Data
visualisation, promotion of environmental and cultural resources, signage and
environmental communication, complex narratives, visual identity, interface and
user experience design - in close relation with the product and interior design
tracks - are addressed through systemic design approaches involving the
designer as the actual director of communication.
The study
programme is also supported by specific labs (photography, multimedia, and printing).
