Built in the early 1940s as the provincial hygiene office, it now houses Iuav’s administrative offices and the Student Services Office. The renovation project, undertaken by the university in 2001, was overseen by the firm Vittorio Gregotti & Associati.

The building in Campo della Lana, constructed in the early 1940s by the Province of Venice as the headquarters of the provincial hygiene office, was used by the local health authority (ULSS) until the end of 1997. Today it is owned by Iuav, which has transformed it into the home of its administrative offices and the Student Services Office.
