From the moment of publication, applicants listed as “Admitted (Idoneo)” in the ranking list must follow these steps on the Online Desk:

• from 21 July to 27 July 2026 (13.00 CEST), non-EU applicants and only the EU and equivalent applicants present in the ranking published on July 21, 2026
• from 8 September to 14 September 2026 (13.00 CEST), EU and equivalent applicants present in the ranking published on September 8, 2026

1. pre-enrolment
   “Student services” > “Enrolment”
2. payment of the pre-enrolment fee
   At the end of the pre-enrolment procedure, or from “Student services” > “Payments” (see also the complete fee structure and scholarship opportunities below)
3. upload photo
   “Home” > “Photo”

Please note: the pre-enrolment fee is refundable only in two cases:

• for non-EU applicants only (both graduate and non-graduate applicants) if their visa is denied by the diplomatic-consular mission;
• for non-graduate applicants, just in case of failure obtaining the title by 31 July 2026 (foreign degrees), by 15 December 2026 (Italian degrees).

No other cases of refund will be considered.

Please note: the completion of the pre-enrolment and the payment of the pre-enrolment fee replaces the signing of the enrolment form for legal purposes.

If vacant places are available after the first pre-enrolment phase, a notice with a second ranking list will be published on the ranking list’s page within 29 July 2026. Admitted applicants will have to complete the above-mentioned pre-enrolment procedure from 29 July to 3 August 2026.

Applicants needing an entry visa for Italy must also pre-enroll on the Universitaly portal (“International students” > “Pre-enroll now”):

• by 30 May 2026 for admitted student to the first call for applications
• by 6 August 2026 for admitted students to the second call for application.

The application on Universitaly is examined by Iuav and, upon validation, sent to the diplomatic mission in charge. This serves the same purpose as an admission letter – which is not formally released – for visa.
