• In cash at all Crédit Agricole Italia ATMs.
• If you already have a current account with a bank belonging to the Crédit Agricole Italia Banking Group, via Home Banking, the App, or Customer Service (by calling the toll-free number 800 77 11 00).
• By bank transfer from other banks.

Once activated, you will be able to:

• receive and make bank transfers (also online) and receive scholarships, salaries, and any reimbursements;
• make purchases in shops, including online, and withdraw cash at ATMs enabled for the Mastercard circuit;
• use the Home Banking service;
• send money to your contacts directly from the Crédit Agricole Italia App;
• pay MAV/RAV or postal payment slips;
• top up your mobile phone and set up direct debit payments for utilities.

You can check your transactions through:

• Home Banking and the Crédit Agricole Italia App;
• Customer Service, by calling the toll-free number 800 771100;
• ATMs, at any enabled ATM of the Crédit Agricole Italia Banking Group, by inserting the card and entering the PIN code printed on the front of the letter you received with the card;
• in real time, by activating the free SMS Service to receive a message on your mobile phone every time you make a withdrawal with your card.

• If you have activated banking services, immediately request that the card be blocked and take note of the blocking number you will be given. Within 48 hours, file a report with the Public Security Authorities and contact Crédit Agricole Italia.
• If the card has not yet been activated, send an email to carta.ateneo@iuav.it, attaching a self-certification of loss and a scanned copy of an identity document.

• If the card has been activated, contact directly the bank branch where you activated it.
• If the card has not yet been activated, attach it to your application for withdrawal from studies.

You can pay quickly and securely by simply holding the card close to the POS terminals of enabled retailers. In all other shops, you can use the card in the traditional way. For small purchases, with the contactless function there is no need to enter the PIN, and the system issues a receipt only if you request it.
