The Iuav Card is issued to all students enrolled in Bachelor’s degree programmes, Master’s degree programmes, the Specialisation School, and PhD programmes, after uploading a personal photo in the Online Student Services (Sportello Internet).

The photo can be uploaded:

• during the enrolment process;
• manually, via Online Student Services > Menu > Home > Photo.

Cards are sent to the student’s registered home address.

• If delivery is unsuccessful, the card will be returned to the bank and then forwarded to the University. The office will contact the student to arrange delivery.
• For students residing abroad, the card will be delivered directly to the University, and the office will contact the student for collection.

The card remains valid even in the event of changes in a student’s academic career within the University (e.g. transfer from one degree programme to another, enrolment in a Master’s degree after completing a Bachelor’s degree).

The photo printed on the card will not be changed following a change of degree programme or progression to a higher-level course.

What can I do while waiting for my card to be delivered?

• attend course exams by presenting an identity document and the self-certification of enrolment for the academic year, available through Online Student Services;
• access library services (entry, consultation, and borrowing) by showing an identity document. Upon request, a temporary card will be issued, allowing the use of self-service loan stations for borrowing.
