From the moment of publication, applicants listed as Admitted in the ranking list must follow these steps from 3 September to 8 September (13.00 CEST) 2026 on the Online Desk:

1. Pre-enrolment
   “Student services” > “Enrolment”.
2. Payment of the pre-enrolment fee
   At the end of the pre-enrolment procedure, or from “Student services” > “Payments” (see also the complete fee structure and scholarship opportunities below).
3. Upload photo
   “Home” > “Photo”.

Please note the pre-enrolment fee is refundable only in two cases:

• for non-EU applicants only if their visa is denied by the diplomatic-consular mission;
• for all applicants, just in case of failure obtaining the high school title by 31 July 2026

No other cases of refund will be considered.

Please note: the completion of the pre-enrolment and the payment of the pre-enrolment fee replaces the signing of the enrolment form for legal purposes.

If vacant places are available after the first pre-enrolment phase, a notice with a second ranking list will be published on the ranking list’s page within 10 September 2026. 

Admitted applicants will have to complete the above-mentioned pre-enrolment procedure from 10 September to 15 September 2026 (ore 13:00 CEST).

Applicants needing an entry visa for Italy must also pre-enroll on the Universitaly portal by 31 July 2026 (“International students” > “Pre-enroll now”).

The application on Universitaly is examined by Iuav and, upon validation, sent to the diplomatic mission in charge.
This serves the same purpose as an admission letter – which is not formally released – for visa.
