If you have completed, or are about to complete, a first-level university or academic degree and you wish to enrol in an LM-12 Master’s degree programme, but you do not meet the required ICAR/13–CEAR-08/D credits (as verified by you or by the Admissions Committee for the 2025/2026 academic year), you may recover the missing credits by enrolling in one of the following options:

• a)" pacchetto LM12-26": 4 courses (theoretical or laboratory) chosen from those offered in the ICAR/13-CEAR-08/D curriculum in the first or second semester, up to a maximum of 26 credits;
• b) " pacchetto LM12-24": 3 courses (theoretical or laboratory) chosen from those offered in the ICAR/13-CEAR-08/D curriculum in the first or second semester, up to a maximum of 24 credits;
• c) " mezzo pacchetto LM12-12": 2 courses (theoretical or laboratory) chosen from those offered in the ICAR/13-CEAR-08/D curriculum in the first or second semester, up to a maximum of 12 credits;
• d) “esame LM12”: 1 course (theoretical or laboratory) chosen from those taught in the ICAR/13-CEAR-08/D ssd in the 1st or 2nd semester up to a maximum of 6 credits.

How many credits can you apply for?

• 13 – 24 credits: LM12-26 or LM12-24 package (pacchetto LM12-26 / pacchetto LM12-24)
• 7– 12 credits: LM12-12 half-package (mezzo pacchetto LM12-12) 
• Up to 6 credits: LM12 exam (esame LM12)

Please note

• you cannot enrol in these programmes and an LM-12 Master’s degree at the same time;
• when applying, you must indicate the courses you plan to take in both semesters;
• exams must be taken during the official exam sessions of the course;
• you will receive official certification for the credits you earn, even if you do not complete the full package;
• if a laboratory course includes multiple modules, all modules must be passed;
• all required credits must be earned by the deadlines set in the official admission call;
• applicants with a foreign qualification must submit a translated and certified copy of their degree, including a declaration of value;
• places are limited: 7 per course and 5 per laboratory.

The fee for enrollment in in-person training programs is as follows:

• Programs a) and b) 1,000.00 euros
•  Program c) 500.00 euros
• Program d) 400.00 euros

The fee must be paid in a single payment via PagoPA after enrolment confirmation and before the start of the programme. Enrolment is valid for one academic year only, and fees are non-refundable if exams are not passed.

The application must be submitted in a sealed envelope, completed and signed using the form at the bottom of the page, with a €16.00 revenue stamp attached, along with the following documentation:

• Copy of an identity document (front and back)
• Copy of the tax code
• Any attachments indicated on the form 

The application, along with the required documentation, can be:

• sent by regular postal service to: Archivio di Ateneo e scorre documentali Iuav, Tolentini, Santa Croce 191, 30135 – Venice
• sent via Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) to: ufficio.protocollo@pec.iuav.it

To submit via PEC, you must:

• send exclusively from another PEC address; documentation sent from a non-certified email address will not be considered valid;
• scan the document after signing the revenue stamp;
• use documents in static, non-editable portable formats (e.g., .pdf), which cannot contain macros or executable code.

If you are a non-EU citizen residing abroad, you can send the documentation by email to recuperoLM12@iuav.it for official application.

Applications for enrollment in one of the packages must be received between September 15 and 19, 2025, for activities in the first and second semesters, and between February 9 and 13, 2026, for activities exclusively in the second semester. 
Documentation submitted by the relevant deadline but arriving after the indicated deadline will not be considered for enrollment in the package.

The list of admitted students, broken down by course type, will be published on this page:

• for first-semester teaching activities: September 24, 2025
• for second-semester teaching activities: February 18, 2026

Once admitted, you must register in the university's reserved area by connecting to the Iuav University of Venice Online Desk and complete the procedure with the relevant payment by the following deadlines:

• for first- and second-semester teaching activities: from September 24 to 26, 2025
• for second-semester teaching activities only: from February 11 to 13, 2026

Upon completion of the procedure, you must confirm your registration by sending an email to the Admission office (recuperoLM12@iuav.it) with the subject line "Confirmation of enrollment in ICAR/13 courses 2025/2026 academic year – candidate Name and Last Name".
Persons who do not meet the indicated deadlines will not be able to enroll.

If you applied for the package by selecting courses from the first and second semesters, you must communicate your final choice of courses for the second semester between February 2 and 6, 2026.

You must confirm your course choices for the second semester by email to recuperoLM12@iuav.it, with the subject line "Confirmation of ICAR/13 courses for the 2025/2026 academic year – second semester – candidate's name and surname".
You will then receive a confirmation email with an update to your online student area.
