For Università Iuav di Venezia, the well-being of its students is a fundamental value and a shared responsibility. To guarantee a peaceful and inclusive environment for growth, the university provides the SAP – Sportello di Ascolto Psicologico (Psychological Counseling Service), a dedicated support service for the entire student community.

The SAP offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to share and address times of hardship, transition, or crisis related to university, relational, or family life. In addition to emotional support, the service provides practical tools to enhance personal resources and improve the overall academic experience.

All appointments are completely free of charge.

The service is structured into three specific pathways, tailored to meet different needs:

The SAP is open to all members of the student and research community:

• Students regularly enrolled in a degree program.
• Ph.D. students of the Iuav School of Doctoral Studies.

How to access the SAP

Venice Campus
To request an initial appointment, simply send an email to sap@iuav.it providing the following information:

• First and last name
• Degree program
• Student ID number (matricola)
• Phone number

The SAP will reply as soon as possible for a brief phone contact and to place you on the waiting list (waiting times may vary depending on the time of year and the volume of requests).

Vicenza Campus
A dedicated psychological support service is available for students at the Vicenza campus. To access it, you must send an email to segreteria@alinsiemecoop.org specifying:

• First and last name
• Student ID number (matricola)
• Phone number

You will be contacted directly by the cooperative's administrative office to schedule your first appointment.
