Ca’ Foscari Foundation Year is a year-long programme, designed to prepare international students for undergraduate studies at an Italian university. Students take courses on modern Italian history, English or Italian language, as well as a basic introduction to the main subjects of their future study programme.
Università Iuav di Venezia provides a set of courses on architecture, art and design (track D) for students wishing to apply for a degree course in the fields of architecture, arts, design, fashion or urban planning. This track is taught mainly in English with some lectures in Italian.
In line with the national admissions policy for undergraduate studies in architecture, students have the opportunity to take two admission test simulations in Italian during the course.
