Venice Food Week and 12th AESOP conference

A week dedicated to the future of the food system

From 19 to 24 October 2026, the Food Lab of Università Iuav brings to Venice a week dedicated to the future of the food system, organised in two distinct parts. From 19 to 21 October, a forum open to citizens, businesses and institutions will be held, with five thematic panels. From 22 to 24 October, the event will turn to the academic world, hosting the 12th AESOP Sustainable Food Planning Conference, the leading European research event on food planning for the international scientific community.
