The proposed topic explores the relationship between the compositional principles underlying an architectural work and the tools through which these principles can be investigated and interpreted.
The selected case study is the Japan Pavilion at the Venice Biennale, designed by Takamasa Yoshizaka and completed in 1956 in the Giardini della Biennale.
