Digital reproductions of documents are available for both educational and research purposes, as well as for editorial and exhibition purposes. This service is subject to a fee.
The reproducibility of documents and the choice of reproduction method are subject to the format, state of conservation, copyright legislation, and the agreements governing the transfer of archival collections to the Archivio Progetti.
Requests must be submitted using the application form, which may also be sent by email.
On this application form, the researcher declares, under their own responsibility, the final use of the reproductions. The publication of images is subject to the payment of specific copyrights fees, which may vary according to the archival collection and the type of publication.
Reproductions for study and research purposes are subject only to the service cost and will be provided with a protective watermark. A user who has already requested and paid for an image for study purposes and subsequently wishes to publish it must submit a specific request and pay the applicable publication rights fees. They will receive a high-resolution, unprotected image and will be exempt from paying the reproduction costs again.
Payment of publication copyrights fees does not exempt the applicant from verifying whether any other holders of image ownership rights exist. To this end, the archive will provide all relevant information at its disposal.
Reproduction requests are normally fulfilled within 15 working days. Images may be collected directly at the archive or delivered by email. Payment may be made in cash at the archive, with a formal receipt issued, or by bank transfer, following the issue of an invoice by the University.
