Amy de la Haye is the Rootstein Hopkins Chair of Dress History and Curatorship
at London College of Fashion. Her most recent exhibition was a uniform based
narrative about the women's land army which was staged at Brighton Museum. She
is currently writing a book, with Judith Clark, on fashion curatorship for Yale
University Press. This will include scrutiny of a Chanel ensemble that Diana
Vreeland gave to Cecil Beaton to display in the seminal exhibition
‘Fashion: An anthology by Cecil Beaton’, at the Victoria &
Albert Museum in 1971.
