sport

In sports, too, Venice is special. Iuav challenges against Ca’ Foscari every year in the traditional Regata Storica: an event that recalls the famous regatta between Oxford and Cambridge (in Venice, however, the 8-person boats are the same as ones used in the Maritime Republics’ Palio).

The university sports centre, Cus, organizes a wide range of recreational and sports activites.
