The main educational purpose is to enable young graduates, professionals and / or employees of public administrations to integrate their professional skills with concepts, methods and tools on new technologies for environmental study.

These skills have become indispensable resources to process georeferenced data / information with an innovative approach to territorial issues. The training objectives include environmental monitoring techniques, basic concepts about computer technology for data processing and design of Informative Territorial Systems, but also operational capabilities in the use of GIS, geo-databases, data from Earth Observation systems, GPS and web.
