Undergraduate and graduate programmes offered by the University iuav of Venice:

Enrolment and matriculation

 

Candidates who pass all required tests and who rank well in the final ranking list (published in the official university list and on the university website), may enrol within the terms of the annual academic calls for admission and competition notices.

 

At the time of enrolment (matriculation), candidates must submit the same original documentation they presented at the Italian representative office they pre-enrolled from in their country of origin:

 

> the same filled out pre-registration application form (Modello A) that was presented at the Italian representative office for first pre-registration procedures;

> n.2 passport-type photos, one of which certified;

> a copy of the candidate’s ID;

> a copy of the candidate’s fiscal code;

> a copy of the residence permit or receipt for the application for a residence permit (issued by the Italian post office the application was made from);

> original copy of secondary (high) school diploma (for those applying for an undergraduate degree programme - Bachelor) or university degree (for those applying for a graduate degree programme - Master), with attached translation, legalisation, and validity declaration;

> a university degree certificate listing all completed exams, translated and legalised (for those applying for a graduate degree programme - Master);

> students form the “Marco Polo” programme must also submit an Italian language certification.

 

If the student does not yet hold a residence permit by the time of enrolment procedures, the process of matriculation will be carried out “with reserve” until June of the following year.
