THE Xgrain PROJECT - implications for architectural sources

Abstract:

There is evidence that specialist Abstracting and indexing and electronic Tables of Contents services available in the United Kingdom are underused. This paper describes how the Xgrain Project (pronounced "cross grain") hopes to addresses this problem with the development of a cross search portal and highlights its likely impact on architecture education and resources in Cardiff University.
